We have a various menù in the course, that includes all the main dishes of the Italian cuisine, you will also find some typical specialties of the very popular Tuscan cuisine.The program revolves around the seasons, as we always prefer to work with fresh ingredients rather than with frozen ones .You can directly prepare with us a series of typical dishes and at the end of the lesson we eat togheter what we cooked .This course takes place in a beautiful country house (20 minutes by bus from Florence) .
